It provides services such as technical specification preparation, preparation of implementation projects (creating a single line diagram, creating the general layout plan by modeling the land in three dimensions, etc.) by conducting comprehensive engineering studies specific to the project site before the tender.
Procurement and Tender Management
EntekSENS collects, compares, and enters into main contracts in line with the strategy to be determined as a result of technical and commercial evaluation, reflecting arrangements in favor of the investor within the contracts.
EPC Service
All services and equipment are provided from a single source and as a turnkey solution. In the case of separate procurement, services such as pre-tender engineering and design services, tender management, independent project management, independent field supervision and quality control services, permit and incentive support, which are not included in the EPC, will need to be separately obtained as Owner's Engineering and EPC-M services. All of these services are within the scope of EntekSENS End-to-End Services.
Project Management
EntekSENS coordinates all suppliers and subcontractors in the solar energy investment with full-time expert field staff, manages the project schedule and budget, acts as a bridge between on-site and office engineers and managers, and provides reporting.
Supervision and Quality Control
EntekSENS formulates quality control policies and procedures. EntekSENS conducts inspections in accordance with the quality plan at suppliers' factories with full-time field supervision during the implementation of these procedures.
Permit and Incentive Support
EntekSENS supports investors in effectively benefiting from investment incentives such as corporate tax reductions, VAT reductions, stamp duty exemptions, and other incentives during the EPC process of the Solar Power Plant.

EntekSENS will review all engineering documents of the EPC contractor in accordance with the tender documents of the investors. In case of inconsistencies or deficiencies among the permits obtained for the project, current regulations, international standards, and best industry practices, EntekSENS will inform the investor by providing recommendations.
Project Management
EntekSENS supervises the work full-time on the field, just like the investors' engineers. EntekSENS carries out and documents all stages in its quality plan to the extent allowed by the tender documents. By closely monitoring the project budget and schedule, it provides periodic reports and offers solutions by foreseeing deviations in the project schedule, especially on the critical path.
Supervision and Quality Control
EntekSENS oversees the inspection, testing, tracking, identification of deficiencies, and informing the investor for materials and equipment to ensure maximum compliance with the quality standards specified in the tender documents. EntekSENS conducts inspections at suppliers' factories in full-time field supervision to ensure compliance with the quality plan in the implementation of these procedures.

Renewable Energy and
Carbon Reduction Certificates
Eltek offers a partnership solution by trading and supplying IREC (International Renewable Energy Certificates) and YEK-G (Renewable Energy Resource Guarantees) certificates, enabling customers to offset their Scope 2 emissions. By obtaining IREC and YEK-G certificates, our customers can document that the electricity they consume is sourced from renewable energy sources, which can be used in their sustainability reporting. Certificates are generated for every 1 MWh of electricity.
Eltek also supports the reduction of carbon footprints by trading and supplying Gold Standard and VCS (Verra) carbon reduction certificates. Carbon reduction certificates are a type of certificate used to balance greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to carbon dioxide emissions, thanks to energy obtained from renewable energy sources. Certificates are created for every ton of CO2 emissions.
Our project in Niğde Gölcük is established with 20,020 photovoltaic panels, each with a capacity of 545 Wp, and 34 inverters, resulting in a total capacity of 10 MWe / 10.9 MWp. #ENTEKSENS
The Golcuk project is installed with 2,610 photovoltaic panels of 455 Wp capacity each, alongside 10 inverters, resulting in a total capacity of 1.18 MWp / 1 MWe. #ENTEKSENS
